The Villa is very well equipped for holiday rentals, with extensive outdoor areas, including a barbecue area, a Gazebo, games area, and a pool that can be heated in the colder months which is fenced for security.
The ground floor offers the large living/dining area with access directly to the garden and pool area. There is an additional lounging area which also has direct access to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 3 bedrooms on this level, all with en-suite bathrooms.
Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, one en-suite and the others share a well sized bathroom. All of the bedrooms have hot and cold air-conditioning; wall heaters for the winter months, and ceiling fans for the hot ones! The property is alarmed, and there is security patrolling the area daily.
Pool heating is not included within the price, but there is cleaning included, Wednesdays and Saturdays for 5 hours.
