It boasts multiple outdoor entertainment areas and chill-out zones, a Balinese-style hut for additional chill-out space or a garden bar area, a fantastic pool, a covered barbecue/dining area, and seating areas with sea views.
The ground floor features a spacious living room with double-height wooden beam ceilings and a large open fireplace leading to the covered terrace with lounging areas, a dining room, a fully furnished and equipped professional kitchen, a complete spa area with heated indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, massage room, gym, home cinema, and a prominent individual master bedroom with private lounge. At the rear of the property, there’s an indoor pool area with an electric retractable glass roof for year-round swimming. The outdoor pool is cleaned with oxygen, avoiding the use of chemicals. The other guest suites, including the two-bedroom service apartment, are distributed around the Andalusian courtyard.
In the old tower, a special suite with direct access to a large chill-out terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea has been incorporated. Parking is available for over 3 cars in the private entrance, with additional garage space. The community offers 24-hour security service and is a short drive from the center of Marbella. Los Monteros is one of the most sought-after residential areas in Marbella.
Located in the eastern part of Marbella, the Los Monteros area is about a 15-minute drive from the center of Marbella and approximately 40 minutes from Malaga International Airport. The beachside of Los Monteros offers beautiful sandy beaches and high-quality service, popular restaurants, and beach bars known as “chiringuitos”.
The famous Hotel “Los Monteros” with its wonderful and modern beach club “La Cabane” offers additional luxury services and entertainment. Several prestigious golf courses are located nearby Los Monteros, as well as the Costa del Sol Hospital. The villa is kept in perfect condition and has been recently renovated.
Good to Know:
Rental price includes daily maid cleaning, gardener, and pool maintenance from Monday to Friday.
Airport transfer, on-site catering, and reservations for various services like restaurants, cars, boat trips, and shows can be arranged upon request.
A late check-in fee of €100 applies after 9 PM.
Weddings are not allowed, but other types of events are accepted.
A security deposit of €8000 is required before arrival.
